- Prices in euros e including VAT unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout.
2) Processing and payment
- Choose product/registration → complete data → confirm.
- We do not store card data.
3) Deliveries
- Registrationimmediate confirmation by email (ID/QR code at the event).
- Merchandising: home delivery [2-5 working days] peninsula. Cost: 5 € / free from 60 €. Carrier: Mail.
4) Cancellations and refunds
- Order cancellationpossible before shipment (merch).
- 14-day cancellation (merchandising)Unused product in original packaging. Refund by the same means in [14] days from receipt; return costs [at customer's / company's expense] [at customer's / company's expense]..
- Dated registrations: without right of withdrawal (art. 103.l TRLGDCU). Change policy: [e.g., change of owner up to 7 days in advance / valid for another edition]..
