We call it 360º because it's not just running or just strength: it's the complete challenge. Endurance, power, strategy and head. You compete at your headquarters, you give your best version and if you enter in the Top 3... you earn your place in the Grand Final.
Hybrid360º, is a hybrid competition, where we will combine metabolic-resistance exercises (Run, Bike, Row), with strength exercises, which we will call Workouts.
The test will have different categories, but will be accessible to any athlete accustomed to this type of training, since there are exercises of simple execution with different levels of demand, which is suitable for everyone.
The course has Worlouts (stations) with different challenges, which must be performed in a certain order, and under certain rules of execution. The goal is to complete the entire course with the different stations in the shortest time possible.
